The 12 Grids Automatic Broiler Feeder Pan is core matching equipment for auger automatic feeding lines in large-scale floor-rearing broiler farms. It is integrally injection molded with thickened UV-resistant HDPE plastic, durable enough for full-cycle feeding of chicks and grown broilers, widely adopted in standard large poultry houses.

12 Separate Feeding Grids
Detachable outer fence divides 12 independent feeding positions to prevent crowding and feed spilling caused by chicken scratching, greatly cutting feed waste. The grids can be disassembled easily for thorough cleaning without dead corners.
Adjustable Height Top Cap
The buckle cap on the top can be lifted or lowered freely to control feed depth inside the tray. Shallow feed for chicks to avoid choking, deeper feed for mature broilers, one pan fits all growth stages of chickens.
Anti-blocking Central Mixing Teeth
Star-shaped stirring blades inside rotate with feed conveying from the auger line, keeping powder and pellet feed loose to prevent caking and blockage, ensuring even and stable feed supply.
Deep Anti-spill Base Tray
Deepened green base with raised edge stops chickens from scratching feed out of the pan. The plastic material is sun-proof, moisture-proof and anti-aging, perfectly suited for hot and humid farm climate in Africa.
