Chicken Food Pan / Poultry Feeder Tray
Product Overview
The chicken food pan is a matching feeding base for vertical gravity feed buckets. It is widely used for chicks, broilers, laying hens, native chickens, ducks and geese, forming a full automatic feeding set with feed storage barrels. It supplies feed continuously by gravity. The partition baffle design prevents poultry from scratching and scattering feed. Made of thickened PP plastic, it is peck-resistant and easy to rinse, suitable for backyard free-range and large-scale floor poultry houses.
Structure Components
Separated feeding slots
Radial partition ribs divide the feeding area evenly, avoid crowding and fighting during feeding, cut feed waste caused by trampling.
Raised outer rim
Upward protruding edge blocks feed splashing when chickens peck, greatly save feed cost.
Central positioning slot
Concave middle clip tightly locks the bottom of feed bucket, stable connection, no falling off under collision or moving.
Thickened anti-tipping base
Thick flat bottom prevents tipping when placed on ground, integrated molding without gaps to avoid residual feed buildup.
Standard Sizes
Compatible with 1.5kg, 3kg, 5kg, 10kg standard feed buckets with unified caliber. The pan can be replaced separately if damaged, no need to discard the whole feeder.
Material
Virgin food-grade modified PP plastic with anti-aging additives, resistant to acid & alkali farm disinfectants, not easy to crack or turn white under long-term sunlight and poultry pecking.
