Product Overview
The poultry transport crate is standard plastic loading cage specially for large-scale farms, slaughterhouses and live poultry logistics. Made of thickened virgin modified PP/HDPE engineering plastic, it is used for short-distance transfer and long-distance transportation of live chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, pheasants, rabbits and other live poultry. Full-grid high ventilation design allows multi-layer stacking, easy disassembly and cleaning, essential turnover equipment for poultry circulation.
Standard Sizes
Uniform outer frame 740×555mm, 4 heights for different poultry:
230mm low type: Baby chicks, pigeons, quails
270mm standard type: Finished broilers, eliminated laying hens (best-selling model)
310mm heightened type: Young chickens, mallards
350mm extra high type: Geese, muscovy ducks, large native chickens
Net weight per crate: 4.5–6.7kg, load capacity ≥40kg, holds 10–15 market broilers; can stack 8–10 layers without deformation during transit.
Complete Structure Components
Full hollow grid cage body
Large ventilation holes on four sides, ventilation area over 30%, excellent heat dissipation & air circulation to reduce poultry stress and mortality during long-distance transport. Rounded smooth corners without burrs to prevent bruising and skin injury.
M-shaped reinforced bottom plate
Fine anti-slip mesh on base, manure falls through to keep poultry dry; wear-resistant steel balls embedded at four bottom corners to avoid abrasion during dragging.
Sliding top access door
Slide buckle door, easy one-hand opening & closing for fast loading/unloading; firm lock prevents accidental opening during bumpy transport.
Snap-together split structure (7-piece assembly type)
No screws required, connected by self-locking buckles. Single damaged panel can be replaced separately instead of scrapping the whole crate; disassemble for space-saving storage when idle.
Interlocking stacking grooves
Concave-convex matching design on top & bottom to prevent sliding and tipping when stacked, improve truck loading space utilization.
