White Single Side Wall Ventilation Air Inlet Window for Animal Husbandry
Product Introduction
This white single side wall air inlet window is professional negative pressure ventilation accessory for chicken houses, duck sheds and pig farms. The whole window is made of integrated white HDPE plastic, which opens and closes automatically by house negative pressure and built-in anti-rust spring. Matched with exhaust fans and cooling pads, it forms a complete cooling ventilation system, widely used in large-scale 70-meter breeding houses to supply fresh air and balance indoor temperature and humidity.
Main Features
All-white UV-resistant plastic construction
The frame and guide blades are all made of thickened new white HDPE with UV stabilizer. It will not turn yellow or crack under long-term sunlight. White surface reflects sunlight and absorbs less heat, so it has longer service life in hot South African farms, cleaner and neater than green or yellow windows.
Single-side curved air guide design
The integrated single-side air duct lifts incoming cold air upward after entering the house. It prevents direct cold wind hitting livestock to reduce cold stress and respiratory diseases. The air duct gathers airflow to realize even ventilation without blind areas inside the house.
Auto open & close with galvanized spring
Built-in hot-dip galvanized high-strength spring. When exhaust fans work, negative pressure inside the house sucks the window open automatically. Once fans stop, the spring rebounds to close the window tightly with sealing rubber strips, blocking air leakage, mosquitoes and rodents, no manual operation needed.
Adjustable opening angle for air volume
Limit buckles control the opening range from 0° to 45°. Farmers can adjust air intake volume flexibly according to chicken ages and outdoor temperature, meeting heat preservation in winter and ventilation cooling in summer.
Integrated frame with tight sealing
One-piece forming frame with pre-drilled mounting holes, easy to embed on side walls. Equipped with thick rubber sealing strips to eliminate air leakage gaps and keep good heat insulation effect.
