Poultry Self-locking Hand Winch
Product Overview
The poultry hand winch is core lifting accessory for suspended automatic equipment in chicken houses, mounted on ceiling steel beams. It matches steel wire ropes and pulley blocks to lift drinking water lines, automatic feeding lines, side wall air windows and heat preservation curtains. Adopting worm gear self-locking structure, it can adjust height precisely by hand, perfectly fit chicks, pullets and adult layers at all growth stages, widely used in cage and floor rearing environmental control systems.
Two Main Models
Model 1500A (Lifting Ring Type)
Equipped with built-in short crank and top hanging ring, single double gear roller, rated load 1500LBS (680kg). Compact size for small & medium poultry houses, short water lines and ventilation windows, saves installation space.
Model 1500B (Lever Crank Type)
Extended labor-saving lever handle, double rope drums for synchronous lifting of two pipelines, same 1500LBS load capacity. Ideal for long 70m+ water lines and full-automatic feeding lines, widely adopted in large broiler farms.

Worm Gear Self-locking Brake for Safety
Heat-treated manganese steel gears lock load instantly once stop cranking, no accidental sliding down. Oil-impregnated copper bushings reduce maintenance frequency, durable against dust and high humidity inside poultry houses.
Thick Powder-coated Anti-rust Housing
Integrated stamped steel base with high-temperature powder coating, acid & alkali resistant to poultry manure. Multiple mounting holes for easy bolt fixing on ceiling beams.
Dual Rope Drum Synchronous Winding
Double rope grooves wind left & right steel wires evenly, keep water/feed lines horizontal without tilting or jamming during lifting.
Labor-saving Crank Design
Extended lever handle of 1500B greatly reduces cranking force, one person can lift full-house pipelines easily. Folded short handle of 1500A avoids collision with poultry.
Full Supporting Accessories Compatibility
Matches galvanized steel wire ropes, nylon pulleys, hanging buckles and wire tighteners to form complete lifting system, compatible with round/square water lines and chain feeding lines.

Floor rearing broiler houses, 4-tier A-type stepped layer cages, vertical stacked H high-density cages; chick brooding sheds, pullet houses, breeder farms, full-automatic standardized poultry houses.
