PVC Poultry Cage Feeding Trough
Product Overview
This feeding trough is integrally extruded from thick PVC plastic, specially designed for caged laying hens, pullets and quails. It has multiple sizes and two colors (off-white & army green). Lightweight, anti-corrosion and cost-effective, it matches A-type stepped cages and stacked H-type cages, compatible with manual feed carts and simple traveling feeding equipment.
Main Features
One-piece extrusion seamless structure
Smooth inner surface without burrs to avoid hurting chicken beaks. No gaps trap residual feed, easy to flush and disinfect, effectively reduce intestinal diseases caused by moldy feed.
Double anti-spill folded edge
Three baffle heights (4cm/6cm/8cm) block chickens from scratching feed out and cut feed waste. The top reinforced rolled edge strengthens the trough to prevent deformation under load.
Sloped V-shaped bottom without dead corners
Inclined inner wall makes feed slide to feeding opening automatically, no residual feed left at the bottom.
Rich sizes & two colors for full breeding cycle
Color: Off-white for standard brooder & layer houses; Army green with stronger anti-UV performance for sunny farms.
Back height: 10cm / 12cm; base height: 8cm / 9cm; baffle height optional 4/6/8cm, fit chicks, pullets and adult layers respectively.
Lightweight & easy installation
Only 1/3 weight of metal troughs, easy to cut and splice on site. Clip-on design to hang on cage frames, match any length of chicken houses.
Moisture & corrosion resistant
PVC material never rust, resistant to acid & alkali manure corrosion, suitable for humid coastal breeding areas.
