Orange Forward Flush Poultry Water Line Pressure Regulator (With Telescopic Metal Drain Hose)
Product Overview
This orange pressure regulator is a special voltage stabilizing device matched with round PVC water pipes and white clip nipple drinkers. It fits 4-tier A-type stepped layer cages and small-medium water line systems for brooding houses. As an upgraded version of red forward flush regulator, it is equipped with retractable stainless steel spiral drain hose for better anti-freeze drainage. Multiple quick conversion connectors are attached to fit different inlet pipe diameters. Widely used in small & medium chicken houses within 70 meters and cold breeding farms in northern areas.
Main Components
Orange thickened engineering plastic main body: Built-in silicone diaphragm and spring pressure stabilizing system, with quick-connect ports for 20/25mm round pipes on both sides and sewage outlet at bottom.
Telescopic corrugated stainless steel drain hose: Freely stretchable & shape-retaining, corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, achieves more thorough drainage than ordinary plastic hoses to prevent pipe cracking in cold winter.
Independent drain pipeline & orange three-way ball valve: Switch the valve to realize high-flow forward flushing to wash sediment and medicine residue inside pipes, and drain all residual water when equipment stops working.
Black pressure adjusting knob: Rotate to fine-tune water pressure, suitable for chicks, pullets and laying hens at all growth stages.
Multi-size supporting quick connectors: Compatible with various inlet pipe sizes, hand-installed without glue for tight sealing.
