Product Overview

This black ordinary side wall air inlet window is economical basic ventilation matching equipment for layer chicken houses, broiler sheds, duck houses and pig farms. The whole window is integrally injection molded with black modified ABS plastic. It works with negative pressure exhaust fans and cooling pads to form a complete cooling ventilation system, widely used for minimum ventilation in winter and transitional ventilation in spring and autumn. It evenly delivers fresh outdoor air and stabilizes indoor temperature and humidity, a cost-effective standard vent accessory for small and medium-scale livestock farms.

Main Features

  1. Black UV-resistant ABS Integrated Shell

    The frame and guide baffle are all made of black modified ABS plastic with UV stabilizer. It will not turn white or crack under long-term strong sunlight. Black shell absorbs heat evenly and avoids dew condensation in low-temperature weather, perfectly adapting to farms with large temperature difference in Africa, more cost-effective than white vent windows.

  2. Auto Reset with Double Stainless Steel Springs

    Built-in thickened double hot-dip galvanized springs. The shutter is sucked open automatically by house negative pressure when fans run; springs rebound to close the window tightly once fans stop. Equipped with full-circle EPDM rubber sealing strips to prevent air backflow, block mice and pests. Multiple windows can be connected by linkage pull rods for synchronous opening and closing.

  3. Upward Air Guide Channel

    Integrated curved air guide plate lifts incoming fresh air to flow along the ceiling, mixing thoroughly with indoor hot air before sinking down. It avoids cold wind blowing directly on poultry to reduce cold stress and respiratory diseases, ideal for winter and transitional ventilation.

  4. Front Anti-bird Protection Grid

    Plastic vertical grid installed at the window inlet stops wild birds and sundries entering the house without blocking airflow, easy to disassemble and flush for daily cleaning.

  5. Linkage Control Design

    Pre-reserved connecting holes for pull rods. Each window can be installed separately, or multiple windows connected in series to adjust opening angle uniformly within 0–108°, accurately controlling air intake volume to meet ventilation demands of chicks and mature poultry.

4-tier A-type layer cage houses, floor-rearing broiler houses, duck sheds and pig farms. Matched with full negative pressure cooling environmental control system, mainly used for minimum ventilation and transitional ventilation of small & medium chicken houses and chick brooding sheds.
