Full Automatic A-Type Battery Cage System for Laying Hens
1. Product Introduction
A-type automatic chicken cage gets its name from the A-shaped vertical support bracket. It is the most popular traditional breeding cage globally, suitable for small and medium closed chicken houses. Available in 2/3/4 layers, suitable for farms with 5,000–30,000 birds. It can be matched with semi-automatic or full-automatic feeding, drinking, egg collection and manure removal systems.
2. Complete Automatic Supporting Systems
Reciprocating feed cart runs on both sides of cages, even feeding, less feed waste, adjustable feeding frequency and dosage.
Stainless steel cone nipples with anti-leak design, constant clean water supply for each chicken.
Sloped cage bottom + soft egg rollers, eggs roll automatically to the conveyor, easy centralized collection.
Scraper Manure Cleaning System
Ground manure scraper runs along the cage bottom, cleans manure thoroughly at fixed time, low failure rate and easy repair.
Optional intelligent environment control: auto ventilation, lighting, temperature and humidity control.
